"Creative Problem Solving: The Story of Two Quilts"

This presentation is about the quilts "Westward Migration" and "Crop Circles". It's a humorous look at how I overcame multiple problems and mistakes I made in the making of both quilts.

This is my personal favorite lecture because everyone can relate to what I did.

My other lecture presentation, not the one being presented at Milwaukie Center during this year's quilt show, is how I came up with a process called "Single Fabric Flowers." The process is featured in the July 2011 issue of The American Quilter Magazine. The quilts "A Garden Wall," "Seasons," and "Favorites" feature that process. "Seasons" was displayed in the Sandy Historical Society show. "Seasons" has been shown at the AQS Paducah Show and was a winner at the "Road to California" Show last year.
